Dj Derek is a house DJ from Antwerp.
Derek started in 1979 as a radio presenter.
In 1984 he moved to Germany where he played in several clubs and on private parties.
In 1999 he went back to Belgium where he started to play on several internet radio stations as radiopresenter and House and Trance Dj.
His Fridaynight residencies on House of Dance turned into a big success, playing some of the very best house, club and commercial House music.
With a passion for music, Dj Derek has always enjoyed listening to any genre, following a love for trance.
He stopped playing live in clubs in 2004 but more recently Dj Derek has been involved with a number of projects on several radio stations all over the world.
